Bods's Blog is a personal blog written by and edited by myself, Andrew Bowden.

I am an employee of the BBC and work for BBC Red Button. Content about BBC Red Button should be viewed in this context. The BBC blogging guidelines allow me to freely comment on other aspects of the BBC on which I do not work in on this blog, under the condition that I state that the views are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the BBC.

This blog does not accept any form of advertising, sponsorship, or paid insertions. What I write about is purely based on what I feel like writing about. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are my own. I only endorse products or services that I believe are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

Companies or readers are free to offer to send me free things if they wish. At the time of writing, none have never done so. Should this situation change, and I write about anything received, this will be made clear.

When mentioning products like books or CDs, I may chose to link to Amazon.co.uk as a courtesy to the user. In such circumstances, I use an Amazon affiliate link. I am a participant in the Amazon Europe S.à r.l. Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.uk. Content which includes these links is never written with revenue generation as a primary motive.
